My first trip to Riebeek-Kasteel (that's the official spelling, it seems) spawned an idea for a photo story that will be part of my partfolio for our photojournalism course.

Nice one dude - as ek so vinnig kyk na julle jaar se foto portfolios lyk dit 10 keer beter as ons jaar s'n - baie cool. Dis nogals exciting om te dink an al daai untold stories in die platteland wat nog daar le en wag vir die regte tyd en plek.

fanks for komments, guys. about the first one: it was one of those situations where someone is posing way too hard, but somehow came out as a nice moment. besides, the gate makes a nice frame.
